Make your booking through our online booking system or call us on our bookings line. To make your booking call us on 08449959496 | 02080889818. Choose either of the ways (Online or over the phone)to make an airport parking reservation. You need to provide a few necessary details in order to complete the booking. These details are:

  • Date and time of your departure and arrival
  • The terminal, you will be going through
  • Your detailed contact
  • Your Vehicle's details
  • How you wish to pay. World Pay or Debit or Credit card

on completion of the booking; an automated email confirmation will be sent to your email. which contains your booking details along with instructions of your arrival and departure times and process.


  • All our drivers are well experienced, and fully insured and hold full UK drivers licence.
  • If the time arrival or return are different to as booked. please contact the shift controller on the 24/7 airport duty numbers as provides in your bookin confirmation for different providers.


  • Complain normally takes up to 4 weeks.
  • A Complaints has to be reported straight to the chauffeur on the day and then email immediately to (complaints@zeeparking.co.uk).or directly by providers emails adress as provided in booking confirmation
  • All damages should be reported before leaving the airport, whilethe vehicle is still with our driver. In case of any damage on the vehicle, customer must report it straight away to the staff member and make photos from both driver,s camera and the customer,s camera fail to do so would be the case of a no further claim or will not accepted any liability will be paid.


once you are 20 minutes away from Gatwick Airport, give us a call on 24/7 number provided for designate providers booking confirmation  , giving us notice that you are about 20 minutes away, once you have arrived to the meeting point, one member of staff will be waiting meet you and to check your vehicle in order to examine all existing, marks or damages. one done they will direct you to the departure area.

North Terminal

On entering the terminal, keep to your left-hand lane and advance towards the Short-Stay Car Park. On the ticket barriers, get the ticket and go to Car Park 5. Drive up to the details provided in booking confirmation for different providers and park in any of the available bays. Our driver will be waiting for you there. South Terminal

Driving towards the South Terminal, stay in the right lane and follow the signs towards the Short-Stay Car Parks. Get a ticket at the barriers and drive up to the details provided in booking confirmation for different providers Park your car in any available bay and our driver will be waiting for you .
