Is my car parked in a safe and secure facility?

Yes, Our providers maintains a secure compound in Crawley, horley and charldwood and gatwick surrondings areas where all the vehicles are parked. Our compound gives access only to authorized people. Moreover, we administer 24/7 patrols.

Will I have to wait at the airport?

On your departure day, you must give our providers a call 25 mins prior to your arrival at the airport. Similarly, upon your return, call us after clearing customs and the chauffeur will be waiting for you at the agreed upon designated spot. There will be no delays other then (subjected to events that are beyond our control), time required in the collection and delivery process of your vehicle.

Are your drivers insured?

Of course, all of our driving staff is fully insured.  All of employees are given professional training to carry out their duties in an efficient manner.

How far will my vehicle be driven?

Our parking providers compound ae located is surondings towns and villages  from the Gatwick Airport. Your vehicle is directly driven to and from the compound and some time it can be kept in a public car park for short term prior to delivery to make sure effiency of delivery on time dependig on peak times and holiday periods.

I don't know my booking reference, how can I find it?

All the respective information is provided to you in the confirmation email sent to you upon the completion of booking process. In case you lose that confirmation email, please call us at 02080889818 quoting your name along with the travel dates.

I have a complaint. Who do I contact?

If you have any complaints, write to our complaint team using your Booking Reference Number at this email address: complaints@zeeparking.co.uk /email provided by service provider or alternatively call us on 08449959496 Our Customer Relations Department will surely look in to the matter on your behalf.

Is my online payment secure ?

Yes, we carry out all the online transactions under strict confidentiality. All your payment details are protected against unauthorized personnel access; also we do not store any of your credit card details at all. regulated by world pay 

We conduct our business under the stature of honesty and good faith. We do not deduct any surcharges as transaction fee. A complete display of the payment for the selected services along with the charges is provided before the transaction process is initiated. If you opt to make the booking over the phone, in that case your credit card details are required to complete the booking.
